Admixing by Gravity

• This is the simplest of filling techniques. The gravity Nutrikits, from 2 to 6 leads can be re-used for several bags. The filling time varies from 2 to 5 minutes according to volume and type of solutions being transferred.  

Admixing by Vacuum

• By using this technique, filling time for a 3000ml bag is reduced by more than 50% v.s. gravity filling. Pulling vacuum in the chamber sucks solutions fast into the bag. The Nutrivide is resistant to detergents and permits full visibility of the entire filling process.  

Admixing by Nitrogen Pressure (0,5mb)

• Thanks to the pressure of an inert filtered gas, nitrogen, the Nutrimix enables the simultaneous transfer of the different nutrients from glass bottles into the parenteral nutrition bag. Small in size (L40cm x W20cm x H60cm), the Nutrimix is designed for use under a laminar flow hood. As the Nutrimix is neither in contact with the pulsating gas nor with the solutions, a simple decontamination with an antiseptic is sufficient after each filling session.
